(Booth 2458) today announced the release of ProfitWatcher, a statistics analysis and marketing tool powered by Lucidiom's APM Network for APM photo kiosk customers. APMProfitWatcher.com is a password-protected site and one of the unique features of the Lucidiom APM system. In short, it enables retailers to totally manage both on-site and remote APM installations. The site keeps track of all APM orders and usage statistics. ProfitWatcher is unlike any network management tool for kiosks available on the market today. Combined with the APM's ability to automatically download new content, including updated pricing and promotions, ProfitWatcher's analysis tools allow a retailer to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns while, at the same time, managing the revenues from each APM.
The site has been rebuilt from the ground up using the latest web technologies, making it faster and more robust. The new multilingual interface and support for multiple currencies are huge benefits for managing international APM installations. The site now implements "affiliations" which allow a user account to be associated with any combination of clients, stores, and individual APMs. For example, a retail chain could group APMs into their established regions and markets for easy data analysis.
ProfitWatcher allows retailers to access necessary maintenance information, like which APMs are down, which might have a malfunctioning part or which APMs are low on receipt paper. Labs can quickly view each APM's sales numbers, pending orders, average order amount, average order quantity, a breakdown of what card types and sizes have been used, etc. The data is all searchable and can be viewed by quarter, month, day, or by day of the week.
