Scheduled Downtime Notice

We are doing maintenance on our servers this coming weekend: Saturday, May 31 at 11:00pm at night to Sunday, June 1 at 5:00am in the morning (Eastern Standard Time). During this 6-hour period we will be physically relocating our server farm about a mile down the road to a new, state-of-the-art, high-efficiency, high-density datacenter. The Lucidiom and Photo Finale websites as well as the Lab 50 servers and APM Order Agent service will be down during this time.

Technical & Design Training Classes Now Available

Want to learn about the APM and Lab 50 and how you can really customize and make full use of the software? Want to learn to create your own content for the APM and your own Photo Finale site?

Now you can, through 2 back-to-back one-day classes that Lucidiom offers once a month.

• Content Design Training Class
Come visit our offices in Northern Virginia to become part of Lucidiom's EQ Designers Alliance and learn how to create custom content for the APM and EQ system. Slots are still remaining for the next sessions.

• Technical Training Class
Learn about Lucidiom products from our support team experts. The course covers all the standard configuration settings for the APM, Lab 50 and EQ printers. We will also teach you the non-standard configuration settings to help you further tweak and customize your systems.

• Reserve Your Spot
You may attend just one class or both. Each course is independent of the other and held back to back on consecutive days, to make it easy if you would like to attend both. Email training@lucidiom.com to reserve your spot. We are currently scheduling classes for the following dates (the first day listed is for Content Design Training and the second is for Technical Training): June 5-6, July 10-11, August 7-8, September 4-5.
