APM & Lab 50 Version 7.0 Released

7.0 is packed with new features and enhancements. We hear lots of great suggestions from our retailers and are pleased that we were able to fit so many of them in this release. We have improved workflow and page design, made navigation more intuitive and made photos and product previews bigger and more prominent.

Other features you will love: photo transfer to & from Photo Finale Web collections, a redesigned Product Finder (which means improved navigation and bigger product previews), the product recommendation (up-sell) page, photo filtering and sorting, Image DVD product, thumbnail preview now features multi-select, bigger images and more photos per page!

Minilab Photo Books

If you aren't offering photo books just because you don't have a duplex printer for double-sided prints, you are missing out! With Lucidiom's EQ content on your kiosk, customers can make 8x6 and 10x8 photo books that you print on your silver halide, inkjet, laser or dye sub printer and bind in the MyPhotoBook system from Unibind. This is a great zero capital expenditure option for those looking to offer something more without investing in equipment!

Reminder: Scheduled Maintenance-Friday, June 19th

We would like to remind everyone that the monthly maintenance window (scheduled for the third Friday morning of every month) is coming up on June 19th, 1am-3am (Eastern Time). The services that may be affected are Lab 50, Photo Finale Web, APM Order Agent and APM ProfitWatcher/APM Network website. The extent to which each service/site is affected (whether it is down or whether the maintenance being done can happen with the service/site up) depends on the update. We will make every effort to minimize downtime when it does need to occur. When your Photo Finale Web site is down, orders cannot be placed, but there will be a notice posted at the URL to notify your customers.

Get Trained! July 9th/10th.

Content Training and Support Training sessions are scheduled for July 9th/10th. Come for these free classes held at our headquarters in Vienna, Virginia and learn all there is to know about the content and the technical sides of our system. You WILL learn something valuable to bring back to use in your store!
